When the cherries reach a moisture level of 10–11%, they are sealed in GrainPro bags to enhance and preserve their aroma. The coffee is then stored in jute bags and rested for a minimum of 45 days before dry milling.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"\u003eThe 74158 (Walega) variety was developed by the Jimma Agricultural Research Center (JARC) in Ethiopia, a pioneering organization in preserving and developing high-quality coffee varieties.
